[LDN] Dinner by Heston Blumenthal



F i n a l l y

苦苦待了數月,終於等到這精彩難忘的晚上

同樣 Finally
小女潛完水了





2011年頭The Fat Duck三星名廚Heston Blumenthal在倫敦Mandarin Oriental主理的新餐廳





Dinner取了Foliage的舊址
餐廳遠眺Hyde Park綠油油的草坪
內裡的裝潢簡單但不失雅緻





Headchef是Heston在Fat Duck的左右手Ashley Palmer-Watts
這裡的特色是Heston取了許多中世紀的食譜再自行以嶄新的科技把它們一一重演
在每道菜旁邊的年份就代表了它在歷史裡的足跡

用上oatmeal煮成的porridge
Cod cheeks are tender but with a bite
served with pickled beetroot, shaved fennel, garlic and parsley
