踏進飯店裡,沒有現代開揚的大堂或巨型大水晶吊燈,有的卻是一個怡人的木火爐
無論是格局或是佈置,都充滿濃烈的古色古香味

餐廳以簡約風為主,而且感覺是綠綠的
不單因餐廳是面對著Hyde Park,

全個menu主要分為四個class: Starters, Intermediates, Main courses, Cheese and Desserts
平均每class都有三個選擇,任你配搭,還蠻大自由度

很喜歡這個
Gnocchi做得很煙韌,不黏牙,但卻很有口感,而且外皮煎得香脆
雖然有點綠葉伴吃,但因為有粒粒半溶的stiliton cheese,
加上這些甚是filling的薯球,所以吃著吃著確實有點吃不消

一個較清新的甜品
雖然還好吃,但論甜品,Foliage的造得比其他fine dining平庸

還暖暖的
吃了一個,是開心果味
很怕吃乾柴柴的蛋糕仔,但這個內裡還是嫩潤的,好吃
說實食物質量是有的
或許是不夠突破,沒有wow的感覺,所以也就在2010 Michelin被去除了一星
但我想仍不失為一個好去處
而且tasting menu也才£55,論環境和服務,是非常合理的收費
