[LDN] Le Pain Quotidien

上週日的(早)午餐，難得太陽伯伯出來了

當然要加把享受窩心的陽光，繼續當"遊客"hehe

在Covent Garden有好幾間餐廳皆有outdoor seating

想吃得light一點，選了 Le Pain Quotidien

這店追求natural, 新鮮的材料
很多products更是organic的

我的latte
用上一個無handle的小碗盛著
要捧著的喝，很有趣
不夠熱，但合格。

Smoked chicken, mixed leaves, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons & pine nuts (9.80)

非常豐富的salad

parmesan大大片絕不吝嗇，雖然並沒有用上頂上貨式，但完全收貨

tomatoes, mixed leaves, 吃在口中，啖啖都是新鮮

croutons並沒有用炸的，改為健康得多的焗麵包脆條，很喜歡

Under Hot dishes 的
Hot Lyonnaise salad of confit duck, fried potatoes, green beans, egg and prosciutto (11.80)

賣相相近
但換上鹹香的prosciutto和弄成絲的confit duck


那個薯塊尤其香脆，

好吃!

新鮮的organic baugette，皮脆有嚼頭之餘非常香軟
相反另外切片的brown bread則淋淋的較starchy：不喜歡

塗麵包好玩之處在於這裡有各式各樣的jam & spreads供你享用

由white chocolate spread到rhubarb jam都有

任試唔嬲 hehe
