好一陣子前的慶生飯
延續我的印度風
來到一星的Benares一嚐Indian fine dining



Benares 取名於一個位於印度的Holy city

又名 Varanasi (瓦拉納西)

具有3000年歷史的，

據了解印度教徒一生至少要到此朝聖一次....




位於Mayfair的黃金地段
進入玻璃門先是接待處，放下大衣，踏上樓梯，

一個漂亮的水池呈現眼前
佈置摩登奢華，卻不失風情

餐廳佔地很大，分別有很cosy的lounge area和正式的dining area

甫坐下侍應便放下了一小盆papadum

配三款chutney：分別是Tomato, Pineapple和Green apple & ginger味
甜滋滋的像果醬般,尤其是pineapple的
Papadum很輕脆,但卻帶點煙韌
Delightful treat.
